Terms & Conditions

Rules for BDA membership, the Driver Portal, ID cards and website services.

Membership approval

Membership is subject to BDA rules, document review, payment verification and administrative approval. Submitting an application or payment does not by itself guarantee approval.

Accurate information

Members must provide complete and accurate information and genuine documents. BDA may reject, suspend or cancel a membership if information is false, misleading, incomplete, misused or cannot be verified.

Nature of the ID card

A BDA membership ID card confirms an association membership record. It is not a driving licence, government-issued identity document, police verification, permit or other government approval.

Portal security

The member is responsible for keeping the Driver Portal PIN confidential, using a trusted device and reporting suspected unauthorised access. BDA will never ask a member to publish a PIN or password.

Prohibited use

Unauthorised access, interference with the website, automated abuse, impersonation, fraud, copying or altering an ID card, and use of BDA branding or records for unlawful or misleading purposes are prohibited.

Fees and payments

Current membership, renewal, kit, uniform and other charges are shown or communicated before payment. A payment remains subject to verification and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Validity and renewal

Membership is valid until the recorded validity date. Renewal becomes effective only after the required payment, information and approval process is completed under the current BDA rules.

Organisation rules

Members must follow applicable BDA conduct, verification and administrative rules. BDA may update operational rules or these terms when reasonably required and publish the revised wording on the website.
